RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a refund, please send an email within 24 hours of package delivery with the order number in the subject line to info@giftsofalkebulan.ca. Items purchase must be return in its original, unused condition within 14 days of the delivery date alongside a completed returns slip for a refund, exchange or store credit.

All items that qualify for a return must be unworn, unwashed, have tags & labels attached, free of stains, cosmetics, antiperspirant, or wear & tear.

The accompanying items are not refundable;

All discounted/sale products are final sale & can only be returned for a gift receipt.

- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, earrings or pierced jewelry.

Refused deliveries & Undeliverable addresses

Refused deliveries by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" or "incomplete" address will be assessed at a handling fee to be charged to the customer.
